It IS o.k. to drink water up until 20-30 mins before & after each dose of epsoms & oo/gf.
Boil the epsoms in a small amount of water so it dissolves, then add water to make 3 cups total, then chill. The epsoms IS repulsive and chilling it seems to help.
I put my oo/gf in the blender so it emulsifies. It doesn't leave your mouth all oily feeling that way. The oo/gf is actually quite a treat after those horrid epsoms. For me, anyway. There are a LOT of people who would disagree with me on that one...
