Haha! 5000 miles. Er, what do you mean?
I've gone through 2 jars of EVCO in the last few months. Switch it out with grapeseed, OO, safflower and sesame, depending on my mood. Does that seem like a good idea or should I stick with one type at a time?

I got a terrible sinus infection last fall, pretty much cleared except for my right maxillary which sits on top of the tooth that was abscessed. Have been doing nasal irrigation with salt water and sometimes H2O2, grapeseed oil, or oregano oil. It's improving but slow going. I think it may be a fungus.
