Starting my ten day Water Fast right now, it's 1.38 am in my country. I had thought of doing a tea fast but then reading all the messages on the forum I realized how important it is to do just a water fast. Hope you will all be very supportive. I tried to make a short term goal but if the fast goes well I'll do it for longer, but I guess that ten days is already a good goal for me.
