MH, in Fats that Heal, Fats that Kill Udo Erasmus talks about regular unrefined, cold-pressed hemp oil.  He even recommends it as the best oil for those in dire need of omegas; it has the highest ratios of properly balanced omega 3-6-9 omegas of any plant that he studied.

Omegas are very important to the body for transport of fat soluble vitamins, and have many functions in the body.  We are all deficient in omegas from the denaturing of the grocery store oils consumed in SAD diet.

Now Simpson is solvet-extracting what he's doing, not at all the same thing.  Would the omegas help a body, probably.  Would the solvents cause problems later, probably, and especially if taking this product on a regular basis.  A good process of extracting the oils would probably be life saving.
