Good morning to all of you. I have read the posts re sugar, I never thought that Sugar could be a factor for worsening our lips. However I am willing in cutting down Sugar from my diet. To tell the truth I was never a sweets lover I only ate them occasionally and that's why I have questions for my case. I also do not remember eating so many sweets and candies when I started having EC but I will also reduce progressively eating bread which is one slice a day.

End of Feb I will do a thorough blood examination together with examination of internal parts (liver, spleen, kidneys etc.) and I will let you know if something goes wrong just to make sense if there is a connection to all of this.
