I too have been taking oregano oil daily. But yesterday I happened to meet my Chinese acupuncturist and told him about this, and he was appalled. Said that oregano oil is incredibly strong and shouldn't be taken in great quantities (one drop every few days is quite enough, apparently) as the body can't process it and it gets trapped in the body. I have now decided to follow his advice.
