I disagree...

In all my years of reading, research, and testing on myself when it comes to systemic candida... the best results come when a person takes the whole body into context. Focusing strictly on the bowels, and expecting everything to fall in line after isnt going to happen.

Typically in people afflicted with candida they have poor livers... just look at your eyes and you will see they are yellow. They are full of gall stones, and parasites.

Now candida is everywhere when it becomes systemic... its in the bowels, its in the joints, in the bones, in the blood, in the lymphatic system, and in the organs.

They also have low body temperature, low blood oxygen, and low pH. Aswell they are filled with toxic chemicals.

Not to mention stress...

So taking all of the above into consideration... the best protocol is the one that addresses all of the above simultaneously. And if I left something out, please feel free to add it.
