Hello!
I am having surgery next week to repair a broken nose. The doctors have prescribed a few pain meds and Antibiotics .
I wanted to know if a massage would be beneficial two days after surgery? My boss gave me as gift certificate to a day spa, I thought this would be a great time to use it. I would like to get a massage to help get the meds moving out of my system faster, better healing time, etc. I wonder if it would be ideal two days out, bc during the massage, I would have to lay face down.
What are you thoughts?
