I am not getting consistent notifications from CZ lately otherwise I would have answered this a while back.

Anyhow it dumps them into the blood and lets the kidneys deal with them. This can be troublesome to say the least. I have posted a few message on this forum on what I found most effective in getting the metals out and past the kidneys.
