Thank you for answer! I have digestive problems and can´t digest everything, thats the main reason why i eat alots of vegetables and fruits. Because they are easy to digest. Should I take vitamines in combination with drinking urine?

Is oranges acid? What is the best thing to eat or drink, when you doing UT?
Im trying to drink alots of fresh fruit juice, because i dont want to over work my digestie system. Everytime I eat or drink anything i feel very bloated.

Everything feels hopeless! sometimes i don´t want to live anymore and I never get any better!
