I tried taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement before food, that would be first thing in the morning before breakfast. BIG mistake, it took me out for the whole day. But taking it directly after eating seemed to make the dose much less affective so I would always try to take my dose at least 2 to 3 hours after a meal. In this way I would get the benefits of and less sickness and D. Also it would not conflict with the probiotics, vitamins and ionic silver.
