Thanks for th advice....my body odour is now gone, 80% sure the fecal odour/leakygas has gone too.

It's just my bowel movements that aren't perfect now, still pretty soft the majorit of the time...maybe cos too much veg and fibre though. better than howw constipated i used to be.
