I'm a big fan of you egg lime oil flush and have no problem with the egg yolks since I eat only raw foods including raw yolks and raw fish.
The breatharian way is sth. I've heard about. My mom went to one of Yasmuhin's lectures. But the friends of my mom who are practicing it are definitely very thin. Not my choice to go there. And I have also heard of a couple of people starving themselves to death trying this method. It doesn't really make sense to do that. if you look at all animals in nature. they might fast for times but they won't stop eating completely.
