That's the problem. I don't know if I have Candida. I have been seeing an ND and I took a food intol. test, and I had 30 food intolerances . Brewer's and Baker's yeast showed up on the test, so she put me on a Candida protocol. I am following an anti-Candida diet, taking probiotics, Kolorex (which is supposed to kill Candida), Berberine Complex (which helps the liver and Candida), and Pau D'Arco tea. I am also taking Bioinflamatory Plus Functional Foods and Intestinal Repair Complex by Biogenesis for the leaky gut (the food intol. test pretty much confirmed that I have leaky gut). As far as Candida goes...I have never had a yeast infection, don't have oral thrush, never been pregnant, never been on birth control, and have never been on steroids. I have also avoided White Sugar , white flour, and dairy for the past several years. I'd like to find someone to do a blood test for Candida. Do you know if such a thing exists?
