Oh goodness, I don't know where to start.

I love how my mouth feels for starters. It's possibly one of the most intense dental routines I've ever experienced.

My sinuses are totally clear. Even when I begin to feel congested, OPing stops it in it's tracks.

It is very meditative. I didn't realize this until months after I was doing it. Honestly, it's the first think I do in the morning, and it wakes me up, but grounds me also. I would rather be late to an appointment than not to do it at all.

It makes me feel good about myself. (Maybe I'm a Vata too? I have to check into that).

I'll have to think about that enema thing for awhile :-).

Thanks for you post. There are many of us on this forum that would be most interested in hearing about this from others.....
