U know what I just found out that I not only suffer with candida but SYMSTEMIC candida. I believe thats what its called and I read in an article that people like myself MUST use Lugols solution and Miracle-Mineral-Supplement with maintance of oxgen therapy and/or Wormwood , pau d' arco, and olive leaf. So I guess I'm off to order Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and Ozonated olive oil for oxgen therapy. Ugh, I tell you this candida stuff really bites but so far with the Lugols alone, I have seen major improvement with my candida and overal health. I going to take Ipweski (wrong name sorry:() advice and order some triphala powder since I cant STAND pysllium. :)
