I took your advice and bought a liquid suppliment that contains milk thistle, dandelion, red clover, burdock root, and one other herb I cant remember the name of.

Anyway I the dosage is a tablespoon once daily. I am going to take that twice a day. It was also pretty cheap, I figure it cant hurt to add to the regiment.
