I've been reading the OP forum for a few weeks now and doing OP'ing most days. I do feel like it has helped my liver at least a bit. I have sluggish digestion, fungal condition, a "stagnant liver" I was actually in India last year studying Ayurveda, and this was part of the recommended daily routine, so it's cool to see so many practicing it.

My question is regarding the white on the tongue. I have that too, on the back of my tongue, suggesting toxins in the colon. Has your spot returned? I'd love to compare results on this. I'll have to get some oregano oil.
