Hi Helen :)

From my point of view u have just three options to beat ur Sugar addiction (candida). Here there are most effective ones:

1) Candida cleanse for one - two months.

2) juice fasting for ten days at least being mostly on vegi juices. U can juice not sweet apples for a sweet fix though but just occasionally or/ and dissolve 1 tea spoon of Black Strap Molasis (organic) in one mug of hot water.

3) a Water Fast for at least a week (quite easy and very short way to bit ur addiction).

I have a candida issue and now I am on a Water Fast :)
