this sounds great. I tried this just using wood board on incline, and it is very relaxing. I really can't do much of an incline yet though, but boy did my digestive tract feel at ease for that time.

which brand inversion table did you get? I've seen some on ebay for about $150, do you think they are sturdy enough?
