I did OP yesterday evening for 5 minutes. I thought I was doing ok. Didn't feel uneasy after that but today I don't feel so good. Feeling a bit dizzy now. I guess I shall stop OP completely as of now unless someone can provide me a good suggestion. Would love to continue with it.

Anyway, thanks everyone. However, more suggestions are welcome.
