awww it was SO nice to c this msg! bt i havent been too good...well gettin really depressed cos i cant manage to fast for very long, as soon as i feel a bit down or bored i turn to food and then start feelin even more depressed- its a horrible cycle! im startin agen...lol well its been 2 and a half hours so we'l c how it goes! but how r u? hows ur fastin goin?
