they are arthropods, microscopic when they infect you, and they just keep getting bigger, never stop growing for as long as they are alive, until you can't take it any more and you finally abandon your own body to get away from them

ps regarding those fiber thingies-

first of all have you ever seen the goop that's in a shrimps gut?
second of all, these things might be converted into monadic extensions if people would meditate more
and if you don't like to meditate, then chant in gibberish
there is no quicker way to clear the consciousness
once the consciousness is clear
they can't infect us
so some believe
and if that is true then those fibers must be converted into etheric matter such as the antler like connections to the celestial realms
better out than in
chant and pray them away
