I got a slow start, taking part capsules the first three days, out of caution.

It was in about a week that I felt very well. I strongly felt that the microscopic ones were leaving, or dead, so great was the relief from ammonia.

After two weeks, or so, I felt a little fatigue. I simply napped when I felt I needed to, and always awakened refreshed. It crossed my mind that 'feeling better and better' couldn't continue indefinely!

That slowly subsided to a given level.

I also noticed that many days of 'feeling better and better' continued for at least a month, after the round was finished.

Probably everyone's experience is slightly different.
