Hi Trapper,

I'm a little concerned as to why you have removed your activated carbon filter... As chlorine and VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds) have a lower boiling point than water the chlorine and VOC's are evaporating BEFORE the water and therefore by removing the activated carbon filter the chlorine and VOC's are going direct into your container... the carbon filter is there to remove the chlorine and VOC's, that is its sole and very important purpose.

How exactly are you removing the chlorine and VOC's if you have removed your carbon filter ?
