i have ordered the superfood, along with the 1 and 2 formula, which I will have for breakfast. yes I think I am oestregin domnant and mag deficient. I have cramps with period and with ibs. trouble is im always reading that suger is bad caffeine, dairy is bad and i know but my cravings are so strong, thats why i need a good detox, and a strong plan that i can stick too. once I start the formulas i know i ill have to cause if i eat Sugar and drink tea while doing this it will probably make me ill.
I am alittle concern about a post I read where a lady was really sick and had to go to a & e. she only took 1 formula 1, I havnt been sick for 30 years so im worried is the sickness normal?
