I had some skin tags under my arm for about a year before I finally figured out what to do about them. Pull them off! It doesn't hurt at all if you make it a quick pull, just like pulling off a bandaid. They make a satisfying pop as they come off. They do bleed for a while afterward, so have a tissue and bandaid ready. I read about this on another site where people were giving advice on skin tags and a few of the suggestions were to pull them off. There are various solutions you can dab on them to make them shrivel and drop off. At first I tried using a mixture of castor oil and baking soda that someone swore would work. All it did was make my underarm area sore and red.
