Are you following the exact Karach protocol?

basically:


1. on an empty stomach, take 1 tbsp cold-pressed sunflower or sesame oil

2. gently swish/chew during 15-20 minutes, then spit the oil out

3. rinse mouth with lightly salted water

4. brush teeth
