there is nothing good about wheat. it is not the grain spoken of in the bible called wheat. i believe that is actually spelt. our society lives on grains and it is killing us with obesity. corn and wheat. we eat it in everything and we feed it to everything we eat that isnt corn and wheat. it is fodder to fill the masses until we die - broke and fat and sick and penniless before we can draw any pension(age 62).
