hi all,
I am just about to buy the 1 2 and superfood, to start my bowel cleanse. at the moment i am struggling to come off strong tea and chocolate, can anyone advice on what diet to follow while doing the cleanse, I have a compromised bowel and have trouble with nuts seeds and beans, so a totally raw diet could be out of question. but i will need to plan my meals while doing the cleanse as i know i will not resort to my `bad` foods/drinks while cleansing, i struggle with severe hunger when following a no grain diet the grains i eat are brown rice and potato as i think i am celiac.
also will the cleansing help with my fybroids,
