Yeah, I definitely know that dairy causes a lot of mucuous. I've never noticed that with wheat, though. Is that because of intolerance to wheat? Or is it generally acknowledged to be a mucuous producing food?
Not that I'm doubting what you say. I've just never NOTICED it.
One source of phlegm in my life? Wildfires!
It's fire season here in northern Nevada. Thankfully, this season has not been as bad as others.
So, what about my theory? (never mind the mucuous) YAY:) or nay:( ?
