yea so i have been oil swishing with organic olive oil, unrefined.. I know they dont suggest using olive oil but i used it anywayz cuz thats the only oil i get... this has been like the third day and a few minutes after my nose began to bleed.. I believe it was the oil swishing cuz i never have nose bleeds. It didnt last long.. a good amount of blood came out, but then i rinsed my nose with some water, blew some out and no more. I have noticed my skin to be alot nicer and more energy. Cool.
