I agree with you too, but that diet is not always feasible and antioxidants are extremely important, especially when the body is ill. I have taken breaks from Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and found that it has actually done me a lot of good and I have talked to others who are also cycling with other supplements, especially antioxidants and Iodine with great results.

Cycling may not work with everyone, but for those who are not happy with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement or are not getting the results they would like, they should give it a try.
