I activate and drink it outside.I usually keep my breath when coming near the glass and breath again after having gulped it.
For some time now, Miracle-Mineral-Supplement gives me no Nausea at all.No aversion also.I just become ill to the thought of having to ingest it a little before doing that.I think that this psycological reactio is due to past experiences with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement when it used to give me extreme nausea.
But after ingesting it,the burden is releaved.No more thoughts of difficulty of how to drink it.
