This could well be the return of hunger, especially in the light that you have experienced that your tongue is clear and "rosa" with no coating at all!!!and that you have bright eyes and your urine is clear as well.
Good choice of breaking your fast with the juice of red oranges.
Pleased that you will keep on posting post-fast, to keep us informed as to its outcome.

Absolutely true that the post-fast period needs to be well managed, as Shelton has said on many an occasion, that a properly broken fast and the re-feeding period thereafter, can undo all of the benefits of the fast itself.
