but absolutely it is true that how you break your fast is more important and more difficult that the fast itself. i had to break my fast yesterday at day 14 (i knew it could only be 14 days when i started) and it's been super easy so far - just orange juice and tonight i had a salad. but tomorrow night will be the test - i am going out - i'm not going to the dinner first but i am meeting my friends at the pub before we go to a gig at the sydney opera house --- hmmmm!
