Hey there! I'm on Day 4 too. Happy Valentine's Day to you as well! I'm struggling today. My leg cramps got bad last night and I kept waking up. I also woke up with a bad headache - it's not as severe though now as it was when I first got up. I hope today will be my final day of the leg cramps. They're really rough. Ohhh, someone's brewing the coffee as I sit here and type. It smells so good! That's probably been the only thing I miss the most on this cleanse -- the coffee. Well, best wish to you as you continue with your cleanse!
