Don't worry I wasn't planning on hanging upside down right away. The very thought of it scares the hell out of me. Actually I think I am going to feel some fear no matter what angle I start at. But I know with time I will get used to it. And I am really looking forward to this experience.

I have always wanted to get a lymph massage, but never got around to it. I saw an Iridologist the other day who said I was doing pretty good except my lymph was sluggish. I thought about getting a rebounder (I had one years ago), but to be honest I really didn't enjoy using it that much. Plus I think that the IT will have many other benefits.
