In a post below Zoebess mentioned using her inversion table for lymph massage. This is on of the reasons that I bought my table too (it hasn't arrived just yet). But I am wondering how this is achieved.

Is it simply a matter of hanging upside down, or is it the rocking motion that causes the lymph to move? Is there anything specific I should do whilst inverted to aid the process?

I am new to all this and any advice would be appreciated.
