I actually feel the best that I have throughout the entire time. Clarity and well being are the feelings. My pace has picked up dramatically. For the first few weeks I felt horrible, I could hardly move, had more crisis's than I care to list and was dizzy weak etc. Since day 25 or so things have been fine. Still detoxing, so I may continue past 40 days. Can't really say it was easy, as I have never done any kind of fasting before and did not prepare myself for this one, I just started it based upon a strange calling I had and stuck to it. I think the lack of preparation for the fast made the initial detox and crisis's tougher but I made it over that hump.
