Use a small amount of olive oil in an open container and bubble ozone through it. Make sure the diffuser is submerged in the oil. The gas that will come off the bubbling olive oil is mostly terpene gas which will help the lungs and sinuses. Cover your head with a towel and get your nose close to the top of the container where you are bubbling the ozone through the oil and inhale deeply. This therapy can be enhanced by the addition of a few drops of good quality pinus or eucalyptus essential oils to the olive oil.
