I am not even sure I had candida .I was thinking mayby I have one after so much antibiotica.But even if I have it , it is not there any more .The Water Fast is washing it out.My urin is clear now , no foam any more.
I lost 10kg ( 22 pounds ) The weght loss was very much during the first 10 days and then stop and then very little , but it is am end reault exactly a pound a day for 22 days.
There will be even more weight loss during the next two-3 weeks, when I am going to stay first in juisies and then in row fruits and vegetables only. It is going to come ( I heard ) a lot of bad staff from the bowel too .
When I made the 21 days fruit fast( diet ) with very low amounts of fruits I lost nearly the same wight like now with the wather fast ( 8 kg =17.64 pounds )
I am very happy with the end result !( My husbent too !)
