as your stomach heals it will be less of a problem. in the mean time, take a more dilute amount. spread it out over your 8 glasses of water per day. this will also help keep I2 in serum for max effect - an advantage that iodoral has over lugols. it is more work, but costs much less as you said. as far as the taste goes, i have found you can teach yourself to like anything. i have spent years training my body to like the things that are good for it instead of letting corporate america train it for me to like their poisonous potions and dainties. now my body can tell when it is eating something bad for it no matter how it is disguised with artificial colors and flavors.
