Should I stop taking minerals? I take high dose calcium/magnesium, zinc/manganese supplements that are supposed to balance my mineral levels, according to a hair mineral analysis test I had last fall. I'm wondering if UT will balance my minerals
better than these mineral formulas. I eat high quality foods and have been for many years.

I've read that we can abandon all other therapies with UT and UT will balance our mineral levels. The minerals I take are expensive.
