Hi,

I am having a chronic sinus infection, the yellow/green mucus. It has moved into my chest/lungs, pretty congested.

I own an oxygen concentrator, ozone machine, sauna, and stethoscope.

I have been doing the stethoscope daily (sometimes more than once)

I do the sauna when I can find the time (I enjoy the sauna, just hard to find the time)

anyway, I keep reading about inhaling ozone (bubbling it through olive oil), has anyone tried this?
would this be good for my lungs/sinuses??

any other tips appreciated.
