I think I am safe saying that a healthy liver and uncongested system can deal with nitrogen fairly well, not to downplay its affect on the system overall but as an uneducated guess I dont think nitrogen from meat eating would be the reason for the advise to refrain from eating meat, and since the same source advises not to eat greens, I approach the whole matter as an unknown, and also appreciate 7's comments. Three years of reletivly constant use of ut should accumulate valuable data. Course those of us who dont eat meat dont really get into that dialogue so much.

The Barefoot herbalist has shared his dissapproval for UT a number of times, usually using his # here ,( like joes # and name comment elswhere, there is so much basic latent animosity that fuels the commentary on this mini planet called CZ. I dont use my CZ name of Vairagi for the physical forums, cause I feel physical expertise is not my forte nor inclination and so I keep that seperate.) Anyway most recently, mabey a year ago, barefoot wrote about research that revealed build up of a certain compound that was extremely deletarious if UT was practiced. I dont remember its name but the thread can certaianly be found if one wants to look or he could be asked. Mabey archedonic acid , Im not sure, but since our experiences have been so complmentary we didnt look into it too deeply tho I did log a note in response to his.

Its a little telling how #7 uses the word boloney to sum up his investigation into eating meat. Perhaps motivation affecting perception.
