Matt: I am so sorry about your crash! It sounds debilitatingly scary.

I wonder what your diet is like? and your general health? Is there a history that you can share? It may simply make it easier for others to at least get an idea of what may have sparked your situation.

I for one would think you may suffer from hypoglycemia? Maybe I am way off, but eating smaller and more frequent meals may help?

Also, do you take any supplements, drink lots of water?

I for one am a firm believer in vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin - sublingual) plus a multiple B. and a multiple vitamin made from food.

Also, you environment: is it an open area, closed out? Did all these changes in health occur suddenly?

BTW: the detachment thing: adrenal fatigue? just thinking with you here.

I hope you can figure out what is going on. It sound to me that these changes occurred suddenly?
