I must be going too fast. I can't sleep tonight.

Day 1 - I drank a pint on arising (way too much)
Day 2 - 2 teaspoons
Day 3 - 2 tablespoons
Day 4 - 4 ""
Day 5 (today) - a little over 1/4 cup

All from the morning catch.

Is this too fast for most people? Can someone tell me of a good slower plan that might work for me, as far as amounts are concerned?
