Hi,
I've had diabetes for 16 years and just got put on insulin (the Metformin was not really working any longer). I thought insulin was more natural than pharma drugs but you just scared me saying it is a bad idea to go on insulin. I certainly believe you, but can you cite any sources about this? I'd like to do more research. If this is true, I have no choice but to go on raw foods exclusively. My Blood Sugars have gone up in the 500's, and are pretty much below 300 when I'm on the insulin -- I haven't worked my way down to the 100's yet. This is a little scary.... thanks.
