I will give you all the support I can. The best advice I can give is to go one day at a time. Make short steps your goal. Keep telling yourself "I can do anything for one day" The repeat that the next day. If one day is too long try 6 hours. When I had hunger pangs in the beginning I kept saying "I can do anything for 3 hours" by 3 hours the pangs would usually be gone. Good luck. Don't quit and if you do get back on the horse and try again.
